Arrival in Florence, transfer by private minivan and accommodation in Terre di Baccio in Greve in Chianti or Palazzo Squarcialupi in Castellina in Chianti. Meeting with your guide Valentina, an expert sommelier, guided wine tasting and welcome dinner. Tuesday Wine tour in the Chianti Classico area h. 9:30 Departure by private minivan and Valentina. h. 10:00 Arrival at Greve in Chianti and visit the market square h. 11:00 Visit to the winery Casaloste and wine tasting h. 13:00 Lunch at Restaurant La Scuderia in Badia a Passignano with a Tuscan menu and local wines h. 14:30 Walking along the Antinori vineyards at Badia a Passignano or around the small castle of Montefioralle h. 16:00 Visit the cellars of Setriolo and wine tasting. In the evening you are back to the Agriturismo for a dinner at your own. Wednesday In the morning you can enjoy the fine swimming pool and the sauna in Terre di Baccio. At 5:00pm you have a cooking lesson with dinner with one of our chef. You work for two hours and half, then you sit at the table and you have a dinner served with the products of your work and an appropriate wine. You have your last night at the Agriturismo. Thursday Transfer by private minivan to Florence or Pisa Airport. The price includes: the transfers from the station to Terre di Baccio and back, an English speaking guide, the guided wine tasting and the welcome dinner, the lunch at La Scuderia with a Tuscan menu and wine, the visit and wine tasting to the wineries, the cooking lesson with dinner, a double room with bathroom and breakfast for 3 nights at Terre di Baccio. It doesn’t include the dinner on Tuesday. |
